Baldoni S.r.l has an in-house Technical Office for designing and developing its products through 3D softwares such as PRO-E Creo 2.0. Thanks to an application called “Sheet Metal”, this software automatically designs and develops sheet metals, while also implementing the necessary bending charts for the press brake bending of any workpiece.
We can also design and develop assemblies with a focus on the components therein (automated welding machines, equipment for the machining centre, and project designs upon request), in order to provide the production department with a complete and extensive service.

LASER TUBE CAD/CAM PROGRAMMING
In order to achieve maximum results with Laser Tube cutting, we use the best software solutions in the market. This is why we have Artube, the only integrated CAD/CAM software specifically designed to perform even the most complex laser cutting functions, both on tubes and on open profiles of any kind. Using Artube means having better control over the entire process, starting from the initial idea to the manufacturing of the final product, according to the processing mode chosen by the user or automatically selected by our software in order to find the best compromise. It also allows to choose which section to work on among the default options or by drawing a specific one. We easily and quickly define the necessary procedure, then we let Artube complete it by adjusting any further settings, which will ensure safe and quick production processes.
Should the pieces be designed in another CAD software, we can import the 3D models (IGES, STEP, XT) and directly create the machine programmes (CAM). The workpiece is graphically displayed in each phase of the process to give an idea of the final product. Baldoni srl has an in-house warehouse with different types of materials to provide their customers with prompt deliveries. We also offer a delivery service by means of three motor vehicles of our own and several third-party carriers.
