In order to provide a complete metalwork fabrication service, we chose “TruLaser 3030 fiber TRUMPF”, a machine with a 4000-watt resonator that allows us to cut up to 25 mm in any iron alloys, up to 20 mm in stainless steel and up to 20 mm in aluminium, with excellent results. The cutting device is supported by an automatic metal sheet loading/unloading system with 30 workstations 3000×1500 that make production cycles more flexible and allow to easily change materials, size and thickness. In addition to the standard types, we also cut s235, s355, s700, sae 304, 316, 430, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium. We process special materials such as hardox, durostat, strenx, weldox, corten, c45, c72, etc., as well as embossed, rice grain and perforated steel and aluminium. We also process materials with surface finishes in PVC laser such as: supermirror, scotch brite, bright polish, pre-galvanised products and aluminates.
